LOAN-TO-VALUE RATION
(LTV) соотношение суммы кредита и обоснованной рыночной стоимости, как правило, недвижимости. Максимальное отношение суммы кредита к обоснованной рыночной стоимости в ипотечном кредитовании составляет 80%, т.е. кредит составляет 80 000 долл. при стоимости дома 100 000 долл.
